What is an AI readiness assessment?
An AI readiness assessment measures how prepared an organisation or individual is to adopt AI successfully. It scores key areas such as strategy, data, processes, skills, tools and governance, then shows what to improve first.

How long does the AI readiness survey take?
About three minutes for individuals (10 questions) and four minutes for organisations (12 questions).
What questions does the AI readiness survey ask?
It asks how your organisation sets AI goals, where business information lives, how processes are documented, how confident and trained your team is, which tools you use and what rules govern AI use. Individuals answer questions on awareness, everyday use, prompting skills, workflow fit and safe use.
How is AI readiness scored?
Each answer scores from 0 to 3. Scores are combined into a total out of 100 and a percentage for each area. Totals fall into four levels: Getting started, Experimenting, Building capability and AI-ready.
