Privacy Policy
How Induuce Consultants Ltd collects, uses and protects personal information on induuce.com. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
induuce.com is run by Induuce Consultants Ltd (“Induuce”, “we”). For any privacy question, email hi@induuce.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: phone number, company, the topic you pick and your message.
We do not ask for sensitive information, and we do not use the form for anything other than replying to you.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, arrange a discovery call.
- To keep a record of our conversation with you.
- To improve our services, in anonymised and aggregated form only.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Where it is stored
Messages are stored in our website’s database on our hosting provider’s servers, and a copy is delivered to our business email, hosted by Zoho. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless we have a continuing business relationship that requires a longer record.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and similar laws, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Email hi@induuce.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
